Job Summary
As a Bilingual Outpatient Child & Family Therapist, provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges. Deliver services in English and Spanish to increase access to care; collaborate across disciplines to support whole-child outcomes; grow clinically through mentorship and ongoing professional development; and contribute to a flexible, interdisciplinary team focused on protected time for planning, collaboration, and care coordination. Roles may include outpatient clinic-based therapy, school-based consultation and collaboration, and telehealth services, with emphasis on building strong therapeutic partnerships with children, adolescents, and caregivers and delivering family-centered treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility) as one of: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families
- Training in evidence-based interventions
