Job Summary
Bilingual Outpatient Child & Family Therapist delivering evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children, adolescents, and families in an interdisciplinary pediatric behavioral health team. Provide services in English and Spanish, collaborate across disciplines, and support whole-child outcomes through outpatient clinic-based therapy, school-based consultation, and telehealth; participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development; utilize documentation tools to protect evenings and streamline care.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as one of: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Psychologist; Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families; Training in evidence-based interventions
