Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties, overseeing hiring and training personnel, managing quality control and labor pools, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree related to the position and have a passion for cleanliness along with a strong work ethic. Essential functions include managing inventory, payroll, performing HR duties, assisting in budget management, and conducting building inspections. The ideal candidate will drive results and be able to adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment.
