Job Summary
Deliver high-quality service to customers and temporary employees by matching staffing skills to client needs and developing new business relationships. Monitor employee attendance, process workers compensation claims, reconcile vendor invoices, and perform administrative tasks while supervising On-site Staffing Specialists. Ensure all temporary help and training requirements are met effectively. Fluent Spanish and English speakers required. Monday to Friday 6am-2pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnerships
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience
- Must have great communication and customer service skills
- Must have administrative skills
- Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Must Be Able To Speak, Read, And Write Fluent Spanish And English
