Job Summary
Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets while developing new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach. Manage customer accounts by proactively resolving issues and coordinating deliveries, then present tailored, solution-driven proposals to help customers succeed. Spend time in the field cultivating and strengthening customer relationships, staying informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs. This bilingual role requires a driver's license and knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies. Base salary plus uncapped commission, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
- Established network in the industry or a strong ability to build one
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
- Can lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Background check
- Drug screening
