Job Summary
Manage office organizing operations, prepare payroll, control correspondence, and oversee clerical tasks while coordinating with corporate to track invoices and ensure timely vendor payments. Gather daily end-of-shift documentation for reporting, review data to identify trends, and coach employees on performance. Resolve transaction discrepancies, manage carrier no-shows, process proof of delivery, and perform daily/weekly reconciliations to prevent inventory variances. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of office personnel. Requires 3+ years in office management or operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet deadlines or support operations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented mindset for accuracy in payroll, reporting, and administrative functions
- Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with teams, management, customers, and vendors
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to handle priorities and deadlines
- Solid math skills for payroll, reporting, and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory/payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and ability to resolve discrepancies
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years in office management, administration, or operations in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Prior experience supervising administrative staff, especially in Shipping & Receiving
- Familiarity with high-volume or fast-paced industries
