Job Summary
Provide rehabilitation services to clients under the Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Scope of Practice by evaluating, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy for individuals with various disabilities. Independently handle documentation, maintain therapeutic relationships, and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Must supervise students and provide education to others in the field. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, a current occupational therapy license in Wisconsin, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Current occupational therapy license in Wisconsin
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid State of Wisconsin driver’s license
- Vehicle in good operating condition

- Experience with rehabilitation services
- Ability to handle simple to moderate case complexity
