Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone customer service for wholesale and retail clients by determining needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. Resolve customer concerns promptly, process sales transactions accurately, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Mix and tint products to specifications, stock shelves, set up displays, clean equipment, and assist with deliveries. Maintain precise work order files, comply with inventory procedures, and ensure store areas remain in-stock and presentable. Work part-time within a 10-mile radius of Store #721081 in Portland, OR, earning $19.50 per hour. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs on occasion
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year off experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
