Job Summary
Conduct multi-location customer service for wholesale and retail clients by answering product questions, resolving concerns, and recommending solutions. Process sales transactions, tint and mix products to specifications, and pull items from the sales floor or warehouse. Build trust relationships with customers while achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Stock shelves, set up displays, clean equipment, load delivery trucks, and maintain in-stock conditions. Ensure precise adherence to inventory control procedures and work order files. Maintain bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs on occasion. Work part-time evenings and weekends across multiple store locations in Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year off experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
