Determine wholesale and retail customer needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns, maintain product visual standards, and meet store sales goals while staying current on product features. Work at stores within a 12-mile radius of Store #3256 in Springfield, IL, as a full-time role starting at $18.50/hr. Eligible for health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits, including a generous time away package. This position requires a criminal history review to ensure business safety and protect customer and staff.

- Must be able to work full time
- Must be able to handle contact with customers, which may include minors
- Must be able to access cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value
- Must be able to pass a review of criminal history
