Job Summary
Determine wholesale and retail customer needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions while promptly resolving concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high visual standards of store merchandise. Achieve excellent customer service metrics and consistently meet store sales goals. Work at locations within a 5-mile radius of Store #3165 in Decatur, IL, on a full-time basis at $18.50/hr. Eligible for comprehensive health benefits, FSA, and a generous time away package. A criminal history review is required due to access to cash, payment methods, and customer information.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work at stores within a 5 mile radius of Store #3165 located at: 2705 N. Water St., Decatur, IL 62526
- Full time availability
- Ability to handle contact with customers, which may include minors
- Ability to access cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value
- Ability to work supervised or unsupervised
