Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Provide bilingual Spanish-speaking customer service to wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. Resolve customer concerns, maintain high store quality and visual standards, and help achieve the store’s sales goals. Access to cash and other payment methods will be involved, with potential supervision of such access. The role requires staying up-to-date with product features and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is located at Sherwin-Williams stores within a 15 mile radius of Eagan, MN (Store #3411) and involves interaction with customers, including minors. A criminal history review is conducted to protect the business and customers.
