Conduct wholesale and retail customer interactions to determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction while staying current on product features and maintaining visual store standards. Achieve excellent service levels and consistently meet sales goals across multiple locations including Store #3092 in Woodridge, IL, with 20% of time allocated to Bolingbrook, Westmont, and Countryside/LaGrange stores. This Full Time role begins at $19.75 and includes health benefits, FSA, retirement plans, and a generous time away package.
