Job Summary
Determine wholesale and retail customer needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns, maintain product visual standards, and consistently meet store sales goals. Engage directly with customers, including minors, while managing access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and personal information under supervision. This role requires a criminal history review to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the general public.
