Job Summary
Bilingual Mortgage Loan Originator responsible for proactively soliciting mortgage business and selling TTCU mortgage products; educate members on the home buying process, interview applicants, obtain loan information, and guide loans through processing and preliminary underwriting; cultivate referral relationships with realtors, builders, and third-party origination groups; use business judgment to expand client relationships and deliver extraordinary service while complying with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business, Finance or other related discipline required
- 2 years experience processing and/or closing FHA, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, 184 and USDA loans
- 1 year experience
- Proven ability with negotiation and sales
- Ability to qualify with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System)
