Job Summary
Provide operational support to top Spanish-speaking loan officers by assisting clients and team members to ensure a smooth loan process. Manage a personal pipeline of 10-15 loans at a time while interacting with agents and borrowers as needed, clearing underwriting conditions to facilitate on-time closings. Assist other Loan Officer Assistants on the team with their pipelines as required. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, plus deep knowledge of conventional and FHA products, within a high-volume environment. Competitive bonus plan available.
Required Qualifications
- knowledge of the loan process from start to finish
- ability to communicate with borrowers and agents in Spanish
- Must perform well in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
- Must have superior problem-solving skills
- Must be very knowledgeable about conventional and FHA loan products
- Must have a very strong understanding of the loan process from application through closing
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English
