Job Summary
Evaluate quality of written and spoken text for services across target markets, including content review and creation for Music and TV applications. QA various products by accurately following testing instructions and test cases while adhering to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, and client-preferred checklists. Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner, prioritizing issues quickly and efficiently while working cooperatively with international teams to monitor and improve client product quality and partner data integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Native level fluency in one of the following languages - German, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, and Russian
- Experience with advanced spreadsheet
- At least one year experience working as a QA, Data Analyst or similar role
- Basic knowledge of iPhone, iPad, and AppleTV
- Up-to-date awareness of current and common technical language usage in the target language
- Must be able to be in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a computer mouse for extended periods of time
- Must be able to keyboard for extended periods of time
- Will be exposed to a computer monitor/screen for extended periods of time
