Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth for children, teens, and young adults, maintaining a caseload of 15–36 sessions weekly. Build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists. Provide education and care coordination to support families, while ensuring timely documentation in our EHR. Schedule typically includes weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability optional. Bilingual English/Spanish capability is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
- Experience with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
