Job Summary

Provide brief, structured intervention techniques such as Behavioral Activation and Motivational Interviewing alongside evidence-based psychosocial treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care while leveraging real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes. Work collaboratively within a team of behavioral and physical health clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for patients experiencing diverse issues. Maintain bilingual English/Spanish communication skills as required for patient interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
  • Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body
  • Previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues
  • Desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers
  • Ability to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly
  • Desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability
  • Location: Split between two clinics - (M/W/F) in Glendale 85302, (T/Th) in Phoenix 85015
