Job Summary
Conduct direct clinical treatment using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model within family homes to empower youth aged 12–17 and their families. Perform thorough assessments of client behaviors and family strengths to inform conceptualizations, while continuously engaging caregivers, supports, and community agency staff in change-oriented interventions. Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation of progress, ensuring clients have access to 24/7 support as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clear driving record and reside within one-hour travel time of the designated service area.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area in social services such as psychology, social work, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
- Professional licensure in a related field required (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Experience in serving families in community-based programs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes
- Valid driver's license; maintain current insurance and registration; and have a clear driving record.
- A clear result from a criminal background check.
- Must live within one-hour travel time from the designated service area.
- Clear drug screen results from the organization's designated medical facility.
