Job Summary
Provide direct clinical treatment using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to youth aged 12–17 and their families in home and community settings, including assessments, case planning, and collaboration with caregivers, schools, probation, and child-welfare services. Engage diverse communities, apply MST principles to address behavioral and familial dynamics, deliver weekly case planning and ongoing supervision, and ensure 24/7 client support as needed. Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and professional licensure (LMSW/LPC-A/LMFT/LCSW/LPC), be bilingual (English/Spanish), able to work in clients’ homes, possess a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screen, and reside within one hour of the designated service area. Salary: LPC/LPCA - MST Salary $51,614 Annually.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related social services field
- Professional licensure in LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to work with families in their homes
- Valid driver’s license and driving record
- Criminal background check clearance
- Live within one-hour travel time from designated service area
- Clear drug screen
- Experience serving families in community-based programs
