Job Summary
Part-time, telemedicine-based Bilingual Mental Health/Behavior Health Clinician (CA-based) treating perinatal mood disorders in pregnant and postpartum patients. Provides 1:1 encounters with potential future group therapy, live and asynchronous patient support, and uses evidence-based techniques in the perinatal space. Leverages technology to augment patient education and outcomes; builds systems to ensure safe, effective care and improve engagement. Requires licensure in California (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency; 3+ years of active patient care experience with prior telemedicine work; available for phone and video meetings. Compensation $65-80 per hour; 2-8 hours per week initial commitment with intermittent ongoing work. Delfina does not sponsor U.S. work authorization. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Licensed to practice in the state of California
- 3+ years in active patient care
- Previous work in telemedicine
