Bilingual Member Service Representative

Provide front-line member service as a Bilingual Member Service Representative, handling a range of member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, cash advances, money orders) and answering questions about credit union products and services. Maintain confidentiality of member information, balance cash drawer, educate members on product features, and refer to specialized departments as needed. Build relationships through proactive service, participate in weekly outbound service calls, and assist with account discrepancies and inquiries. Demonstrate teamwork, accuracy, and integrity in daily duties; bilingual (French preferred) to support a diverse member base. Hours include Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts; position supports a progressive benefits package and a bilingual pay program.
