Job Summary
Bilingual Korean-speaking Customer Care Coordinator role focused on Medicare members. Responsibilities include handling outbound and inbound calls, resolving member issues, maintaining case ownership across Tier 1–3 matters, guiding members through procedures, benefits, and services, and collaborating with partner departments and vendors to enhance the member experience. Requires interpreting support as needed, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and a 40+ wpm typing speed. Full-time position in Los Angeles, with overtime during Annual Enrollment Periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time and overtime during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct-Dec) and Open Enrollment Period (Jan-Mar)
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Experience in outbound and inbound call center activities; healthcare/Medicare knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); ability to type 40+ wpm
