Job Summary

Greet members and own the full experience from entry to exit, building relationships by proactively learning financial goals and suggesting relevant products. Provide one-touch resolution on inquiries or direct members to appropriate staff, while assisting with account transactions, maintenance, and opening procedures. Execute teller transactions, administrative functions, and outbound calls for education or campaigns. Adhere to all branch security, safety, and regulatory compliance protocols while fostering teamwork within the branch. Requires bilingual skills, strong communication, and efficient computer proficiency. High school diploma desired.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Knowledge of all products and services offer by the credit union
  • Efficient computer skills including the Microsoft suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Cash handling skills
  • Ability to learn and adhere to all policy and procedures
  • Expert in creating amazing experiences and building relationships
  • Long periods of sitting
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving 15 lbs or less
  • Occasional bending, stooping, or crouching
