Medical Virtual Assistant for a bilingual Spanish-English primary care-focused private practice. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification and claims processing, referral coordination, patient records management, coordination with providers and healthcare partners, handling inquiries via phone/email/text, fax management, email/text management, prioritizing billing-related administrative support, serving as provider/patient care coordinator, and supporting remote patient monitoring. Not a sales role. Requires strong customer service and patient engagement for scheduling, coordination, and patient support.
