Job Summary
Conduct patient intake, vital signs monitoring, and phlebotomy in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting. Manage electronic health records using EPIC and EMR systems while performing daily clinical tasks. Requires bilingual English and Spanish or Mandarin proficiency, BLS certification, and completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program. One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred, along with phlebotomy and EMR expertise. Flexible M-F shifts available, including 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual- Must English and Spanish or Mandarin
- Pediatric exp.
- HS diploma/GED (required)
- BLS (required)
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program (required)
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA-CMA, AMT-RMA) (preferred)
- One or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Phlebotomy exp.
- EPIC, EMR exp
