Bilingual Medical Assistant

Welcome and assist patients in both English and Spanish, then room them to document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures while assisting providers during exams and minor procedures. Administer injections, medications, and vaccines as directed, and perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and other clinical duties as needed. Maintain accurate electronic medical records, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and answer patient questions under provider direction. Keep exam rooms stocked and ensure infection control standards are followed while collaborating with staff for efficient operations. Fluent in English and Spanish with one year of experience required.
