Job Summary
Conduct intensive in-home clinical treatment for adolescents (ages 12-21) with opioid use disorder, complex behavioral health, or social and emotional challenges and their families. Provide triage for clinical emergencies, align with safety plans, and meet with families based on Multidimensional Family Therapy-Opioid Use Disorder model expectations. Collaborate with internal and external providers while delivering wrap-around services including case management in office, remote, or community settings such as homes, schools, and hospitals. Transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate and participate in on-call rotation to support clients and families during crises. Requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, valid driver's license, and completion of MDFT certification and licensure hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual - Must be able to speak Spanish and English
- Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work and Doctorate in Psychology
- Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist
- If you are a MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment
- Valid Drivers License
- Safely operates vehicle in the community, based on program needs
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English
