Job Summary
Operate multi-channel play-out automation and monitor remote automation systems; monitor various satellite feeds and transmitter sites via remote control; ingest new material and report program issues to management. Must be English/Spanish bilingual and able to work a 12p–12a schedule Friday–Sunday. Requires a high school diploma and Society of Broadcast Engineers Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Proficiency with PC/Microsoft tools, strong multitasking and under-pressure performance, and a practical focus on religious programming. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Society of Broadcast Engineers Operator Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong PC/Microsoft experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and quick-thinking skills
