Job Summary
Market Sales Representative II travels in the field to build consultative relationships with bakery customers, expand existing accounts, generate new business, and promote Dawn’s full portfolio of products, services, and digital tools. Responsible for delivering on-site consultations, negotiating pricing and terms, calculating margins, and managing a customer pipeline in Salesforce CRM. Works with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requires 5+ years of outside sales experience, strong communication, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work remotely with regular field travel within the San Antonio, TX territory. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission; education includes HS diploma required with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, and/or Culinary Arts is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer-facing outside sales roles
- Consultative sales experience with B2B foodservice or similar distribution models
- Working knowledge of bakery products, ingredients, raw materials, baking supplies, and bakery operations is strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable working within a commissioned and/or performance-driven pay structure
- Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and a variety of digital tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
