Job Summary
As a Bilingual Manager Trainee, you will begin in a customer service role while training for a management position within the consumer loan business. Responsibilities include traveling for training, developing customer relations, providing exceptional service, and ensuring prompt completion of loan applications. Ideal candidates have a stable work history, possess strong customer service skills, and are willing to relocate within the state after training. Prior management experience and sales or collections experience are preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

- Ability to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays
