Job Summary
Provide short-term therapy for personal injury clients, including assessment and treatment planning; deliver evidence-based interventions such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to address trauma, anxiety, and depression; perform crisis intervention and collaborate with emergency services and a multidisciplinary team; maintain accurate documentation and reports for legal or insurance purposes; adhere to ethical standards and protect client confidentiality. Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field and active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor; experience with trauma-focused therapies preferred. Location: Phoenix, Arizona; in-person clinical role.
