Job Summary
Initiate outbound and inbound calls with borrowers past due on mortgage payments to negotiate payment arrangements and prevent foreclosure. Develop customized payment plans to manage debt and review applicants for Home Retention Programs based on loan type. Ensure full compliance with FDCPA, RESPA, and FCRA regulations while providing clear guidance and education in both Spanish and English. Requires 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing or collections, bilingual proficiency, and ability to pass QA telephone audits. Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or a related field
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak professionally and pass QA compliance telephone audits on a regular basis
