Job Summary
Manage the loan lifecycle by engaging customers across phone, email, and chat channels to present tailored financing solutions. Exceed expectations through empathy and encouragement while educating clients on optional insurance products and loan terms. Maintain compliance during collections activities and ensure thorough understanding of terms for all customers. Develop and maintain connections throughout the loan process to meet individual and branch goals. Target base salary is $18.00–$22.00 plus performance incentives. Schedule includes Monday–Friday standard hours with potential extended shifts and Saturdays.
