Job Summary
Conduct loan sales and collections activities by engaging customers via phone, email, and chat to present tailored financing solutions. Manage the full loan life cycle while educating clients on optional insurance products and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws. Maintain connections throughout the customer journey to meet individual and branch goals. This role requires bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred) and a high school diploma or GED. Schedule includes Monday-Friday standard hours with potential extended shifts and Saturday work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
