Job Summary
Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant provides support to CrossCountry Mortgage loan officers and processors to increase loan production. Responsibilities include reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, delivering disclosure and rate packages, identifying and correcting deficiencies, maintaining a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans, delivering appraisals/property valuations, coordinating with title companies to schedule closings, and ensuring timely documentation. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent), at least 1 year of mortgage-related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is preferred.
