Job Summary
Promote and sell loan and protection products while understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions. Manage the entire sales process from application to closing, performing credit assessments, processing payments, and handling overdue accounts. Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service while staying focused on individual and team sales goals. Communicate daily in both French and English to customers across Canada, responding to inquiries and handling documentation in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Passion for delivering value
- Ability to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (30% English, 70% French)
- Ability to communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, handle documentation, and conduct sales and service activities in both English and French on a daily basis
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a credit check
- Must successfully validate their work experience
