Job Summary
Bilingual Live Medical Scribe documenting patient consultations and procedures in real time for U.S.-based healthcare providers. Supports clinical documentation with SOAP notes, provider templates, and EMR/EHR systems, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and HIPAA compliance. Remote LATAM-based role requiring English/Spanish fluency, 70+ WPM, and 6+ months of relevant experience in medical documentation. Strong focus on maintaining organized records, coordinating follow-ups, and enabling providers to concentrate on patient care. Prefer candidates with MD/DMD/RN background and familiarity with prior authorizations and prescription workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Minimum 6+ months of experience as a medical scribe, dental scribe, or clinical documentation specialist for U.S.-based providers
- Minimum typing speed of 70+ WPM
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems and medical documentation software
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards
- Graduate of an allied medical program strongly preferred: MD, DMD, RN
