Job Summary
Provide moderate to complex service to internal and external customers, including Medical Providers and Agents, by resolving inquiries with specific attention to accuracy and timely handling. Process Medical Reimbursements, gather audit data, and research discrepancies on incoming new business documents while ensuring adherence to AML/ATF Bermuda regulations and IRS Code S125 rules. Manage customer data securely, utilize bilingual verbal and written skills for at least 50 percent of interactions, and support New Business goals through precise data management. Work independently in a high-volume, quick-paced production environment using advanced keyboard and analytical skills.
