Job Summary
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities, diagnosing and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline). Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with facility staff and families, maintain accurate clinical documentation using the EHR, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Roles include providing in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes), with bilingual English/Spanish communication, and opportunities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Opportunities are customizable part-time or full-time; salary ranges from $56,000 to $90,000 with potential FFS bonus; sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time roles. Requirements include an active LPC license, bilingual proficiency, and comfort with technology and regulatory compliance. Preferred qualifications include experience in geriatric/subacute/long-term care settings, and experience with anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, with a broad licensure-friendly approach and ongoing mentorship and CEU resources.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in State applying for.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes).
- Proficient with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance
- Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities
