Job Summary
Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to provide telehealth, center-based, and in-home therapy for youth across New Jersey, with responsibilities including individual, group, and outpatient sessions; bio-psycho-social assessments (as a plus); coping and social skills coaching; anger management; collaboration with treatment teams; documentation and clinical notes; and readiness to train for assessments. Requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, active NJ license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAC/LSW/LFT), trauma counseling training, crisis intervention training, and 3-20 year-old youth experience; 6-10 hours weekly after-school; valid NJ driver’s license; ability to work across telehealth, center-based, and in-home settings; and eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, LFT)
- Has Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training
- Training in Crisis Intervention
- Post-internship field experience with youth with mental health disorders
- Experience creating treatment planning and progress notes
- Experience with CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, Trauma Response
- DSM-V knowledge for Assessments and Diagnosis
- Must be available 6-10 hours per week after-school
- Caseload experience for part-time staff
- Experience with children 3-20 with I/DD
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Background checks pass
- Pre-employment drug screen
