Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) - Needed in Middlesex County

Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist position in Northern New Jersey (New Brunswick area) offering part-time in-home, center-based, and telehealth therapy for youth with mental health disorders. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, telehealth therapy, and in-home/center-based sessions; conducting bio-psycho-social assessments; delivering coping and social skills training, anger management, and reducing risks such as self-injurious or aggressive behaviors; improving family decision-making; collaborating with the Child Family Treatment Team; completing intake, treatment plans, DAP notes, and mandatory clinical documentation; attending monthly meetings; and training for assessments as needed. Requires a master’s degree in a related behavioral health field, an active New Jersey license, trauma counseling and crisis intervention training, post-internship clinical experience with youth, experience with DSM-V, and ability to work 6–10 hours weekly after school (12 PM–8 PM) with a caseload of 2–3 clients for part-time staff. Must have a NJ driver’s license, pass background checks, and a pre-employment drug screen; must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (H-1B sponsorship not offered). State reciprocity considered for service-area alignment.
