Job Summary
Provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities across NJ/NY/PA/MD, conducting individual and group sessions, assessing and treating emotional/behavioral conditions (depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline), developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, and maintaining timely clinical documentation in an EHR. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with an active LMFT license; opportunities available for full-time or part-time work with flexible daytime hours; salary $56k-$90k plus uncapped FFS bonus and sign-on bonus in some cases.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for
- Effective oral and written communication in English and Spanish
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance
