Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing in-person individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute/skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Role supports residents with depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, and adjustment disorders, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborating with facility staff and families. No admin tasks; EHR-based documentation; opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules, with 32- or 40-hour weeks, a sign-on bonus for FT, and comprehensive benefits. Requires English and Spanish proficiency, and ability to work on-site at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes per session).
