Job Summary
Senior Care Therapy seeks LCSW to provide in-person individual and group psychotherapy in geriatric facilities (subacute, skilled nursing, long-term care) across NJ/NY/PA/MD. Responsibilities include conducting therapy with residents, diagnosing and treating emotional/behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, cognitive decline), developing tailored treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation in an EHR, and monitoring progress. Requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, active LCSW license, and ability to work in-person at facilities; part-time or full-time roles available with a compensation range $56,000-$85,000 plus uncapped FFS bonus. Required Qualifications
