Job Summary
Provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities across NJ/NY/PA/MD; conduct individual and group psychotherapy, diagnose and treat emotional/behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, cognitive decline); develop tailored treatment plans, collaborate with facility staff and families, maintain accurate regulatory-compliant documentation in an EHR, and participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development while enjoying flexible FT/PT schedules and strong benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state applying for
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and regulatory documentation
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance
- Capacity to conduct individual and group psychotherapy in subacute/ SNF settings
- Collaborative communication with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Ability to walk/stand/move between patient rooms and offices within facilities
