Job Summary
Seeking a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Pair Team to provide behavioral health support and interventions for high-need individuals in a remote role with some on-site community visits.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state of California
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong understanding of cultural fluency
- Demonstrated experience with individuals experiencing complex chronic needs or Severe Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder
- Strong technical skills and comfort with technology innovation
