Job Summary
Bilingual In take Specialist (in-office, full-time) handling inbound calls in English and Spanish to classify and qualify leads for partner law firms. You will gather and input information into proprietary systems using scripted prompts, adhere to account-specific protocols and escalation procedures, and strive to meet performance and productivity goals. The role requires weekend availability and offers benefits including health coverage, 401K, and employee stock ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Language Fluency: Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Availability: Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays.
- Experience: Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.
- Passion for helping others.
- $18.50 / Hour with Perfect Attendance
- Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $16 / Hour.
