Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Job Summary
Attract and screen potential tenants, provide property information, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process. Market available properties, conduct tours, and screen applicants while maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to make appointments, prepare lease paperwork, and assist with move-ins. Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activities to maximize property visibility. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including completing weekly, monthly, and special reports. Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all activities. Work at least one to two weekends monthly, with flexibility for evenings and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work at least one to two weekends in a month
- Ability to cope with stress in a composed manner
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales or leasing experience
- Demonstrate strong negotiating and sales abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Internet, Email, and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
- Knowledge of property management software, such as, Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, Resman, etc.
- Knowledge of business practices and principles
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational and technical skills
